Why Reddit

AI search tools cite Reddit more than anywhere else.

Search engines pull from Reddit first
Google surfaces Reddit threads in search results. ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews cite Reddit posts as sources. Your replies show up where people are already looking.
Karma compounds
Every thoughtful reply earns karma. Karma unlocks gated communities, makes your account look established, and builds the kind of credibility you can't buy.
Organic reach that ads can't replicate
A helpful reply in the right subreddit reaches people actively asking about what you know. No ad platform delivers that level of trust.

ReplyDeck keeps you active across your subreddits without the daily time cost.

How it works

Three things, then it runs on its own.

01
Build a persona
Tone, vocabulary, interests, backstory. Write 3-5 example replies, or describe the voice you want and let AI generate the whole profile. Takes about five minutes.
02
Pick subreddits
5 subreddits or 50. ReplyDeck finds new posts that fit the persona and drafts a reply. Set your pace - one reply an hour or ten a day.
03
Drop in your key
Pick from OpenAI or Anthropic. Your key stays in your browser, never on our servers. Takes two minutes. Most users spend under $1/month. Pro unlocks OpenRouter for access to 100+ models.
Personas

Different subs need different voices.

Three starter personas come with the extension. Each one has its own tone, vocabulary, and the subreddits it belongs in. Edit any field, or build one from scratch.

Why is my omelet rubbery? Tried lower heat, still happens.

Tried lower heat, more butter, even whisking longer. Always rubbery. What am I missing?

A rubbery omelet usually means the eggs got over-agitated while cooking - once the curds set, stop stirring and let them finish on residual heat. Pull it from the pan a second before it looks done. It carries over more than you'd think.

The trust part

Your replies post in your name. Treat that seriously.

Not in the loop:
replydeck.app servers, analytics, prompt logs, your AI provider key.
License only:
replydeck.app verifies your one-time license. That's it.
Local-only by design
Your AI provider key and persona definitions live in Chrome's extension storage. ReplyDeck's servers see none of it.

Questions

The honest FAQ.

Anything we missed? Email us.

01
Will Reddit ban my account?
ReplyDeck avoids the patterns that Reddit's spam systems flag and warns you when your settings look aggressive. Real risk remains. We tell you what raises it, and you decide what's right for your account.
02
How is this different from just using ChatGPT?
ChatGPT doesn't remember your voice between sessions, doesn't watch subreddits, doesn't post for you, and doesn't warn you when your activity looks automated. ReplyDeck does all of that on autopilot with persistent personas.
03
Why bring my own API key?
It keeps your prompts and replies off our servers. You pay your AI provider directly, and only for what you generate.
04
Does it work on multiple Reddit accounts?
Yes. ReplyDeck uses whichever Reddit account is logged in. Multiple Chrome profiles, multiple computers - Pro syncs your personas across all of them.
05
Is it really one-time $29?
Yes. No subscription, no renewal. Future updates included.
06
What AI providers do you support?
OpenAI and Anthropic on the free tier. Pro unlocks OpenRouter, which gives you access to 100+ models from many providers through a single key — including many free models.
07
What if the AI posts a bad reply?
The reply monitor watches your profile and automatically deletes any reply that gets downvoted below your chosen threshold. You set the score cutoff and how often it checks. Bad replies get cleaned up before they do damage.
